Shop profiles
What Jeevy knows about each shop in the network: capabilities, notes, people and equipment, how loaded it is, the Jeevy work it did and how it went. Prospects live here too, before they have a portal.
The PM console lists every shop you may see, and each one opens a profile. It is built from data the portal already keeps, plus two things that had no home before: a capability list and notes. Use it to see who can do a job before you send work.
To find a shop you do not act in yet, open the Shop profiles tab beside the work console. It is every shop that applied to the network, with what each one said on its application and keeps current from its own Shop settings: type of work, certifications, equipment, what they build, and where they are. Search and filter it, then ask a platform admin to grant you the shop. Platform PMs and admins both read it; attaching an application to a shop record is an admin's job.
Capabilities
A closed list of what shops can do: 5-axis milling, pipe welding, powder coating. Tick the ones a shop has and add a detail beside each, "6 ft envelope, two machines". Anyone on the platform side can add a new entry to the list from the same editor; a spelling that already exists is refused, so the list stays one list.
The shop list shows each shop's capabilities as chips you can tick, so "who can do X" is the shops still on the list.
Notes
A running log per shop with who wrote it and when: a quality remark after a job, what you learned at a visit, a contact who moved on. Same shape as the notes on a vendor or a client. You can delete a note you wrote; a platform admin can delete any of them.
Resources and availability
People by role and the certifications its people hold, equipment by type, all from the shop's own Personnel and Equipment pages. Availability is the next four weeks from the shop's schedule: the share of each open task that falls in that window, against the hours its active people can give, plus who is clocked in right now. A long job does not dump its whole duration into the four weeks.
Jeevy work and performance
Every packet the shop executed or was invited to quote, with its outcome. Performance is two plain facts, not a score: the share of completed packets delivered by their deadline (finishing on that calendar day counts), and issues raised per packet while the shop still had the work. See Sending work to a shop for how packets work.
Prospects
A shop you have met or heard of can be added before it has a portal. In the admin console, create it with No portal login yet. It is an ordinary shop row: record its contacts, capabilities and notes on the profile. It cannot be sent work or invited to bid. When it joins, press Convert on its row: the login is created on the same row and everything already entered stays. People and equipment are added after that, as for any shop.
