How the app works, one page per screen. Written for the people using it on a shop floor, not for people evaluating software.
Overview
Your first 30 minutesSigning up asks for one thing: your shop name. Everything else is a checklist on your dashboard, and this walks one job from quote to the shop floor.
Quotes and projectsEverything the shop is working on. A quote is a job you are pricing; accepting it turns it into a project and carries everything across.
Inside a jobThe job header: client, PO, stage and notes. Everything else about the job hangs off the sidebar beside it.
Email on a jobEmail threads attached to this job, including anything the intake agent routed here on its own.
Your accountYour profile, your language, how Jeevy reaches you, and what the assistant should remember about you. Everything here is about you, not the shop.
Job costWhat the job actually cost: material bought against it, plus out-of-pocket expenses with receipts. Actuals, not the estimate.
Task planner
Reading the GanttWhat every bar shape means, how groups get their dates, and the line between planning and deployed.
How a task gets its datesWhere a bar lands and why, how hours pack into days, and when the schedule recomputes.
DependenciesMaking one piece of work wait for another, across groups and work streams, and what happens to the dates you typed.
ConflictsDouble bookings and missed deadlines: what the engine checks, what it will never do for you, and why a conflict can come from a job you cannot see.
Work waiting on youCompleted work waiting on a manager to sign off, and timesheet changes waiting for approval.

Quoting
Building the bidBuild the customer-facing price by hand: line items, labour, tax and lead time, then generate the PDF or an email draft to send it.
Quotes and projects comparedA quote and a project are the same screens with one difference: a quote is work you are pricing, so nothing it plans can reach the floor or a vendor until you win it.

Your shop
Your peopleThe roster, on the People tab of Shop Management. A role decides what someone can see; a personnel record is what lets them be assigned work and clock in.
Shop settingsYour address and time zone, the working week and holidays, your logo, and the shop-wide defaults everything else is measured against.
Vendors and payablesWho you buy from, what they will extend you, and how much of that is already spoken for. Two tabs under Shop, both gated on purchasing.
Client Aliases and Job NumbersWhy every client needs a three-letter alias, and how it builds your project numbers.
Shop documentationProcedures, codes, client specifications and material data sheets, held once for the whole shop instead of attached to one job.
Shop floor
Shop Time and Task TimeShop In and Shop Out record presence. Task clocks record job-costed hours. Here is how they fit.
EquipmentThe register of what the shop owns, who has it out, and what condition it came back in.
Kiosk and worker homeThe shared tablet on the floor. One device, a PIN each, and the same worker home a person with their own login sees.
