Shop documentation
Procedures, codes, client specifications and material data sheets, held once for the whole shop instead of attached to one job.
Most documents in Gnosis belong to a job: a drawing, a vendor quote, a customer email. The Documentation tab is for the ones that do not. A weld procedure applies to every job you run it on, and filing a copy of it against each one is how four slightly different copies end up in circulation.

Documentation Library
Your own internal documents: a receiving checklist, a weld WPS packet, a painting procedure. Upload as many as you need and give each one a name someone will recognise on a list.
Code Library
Published standards, and the one section you do not upload to. It shows the codes your shop is entitled to, chapter by chapter and section by section, so you can look up a clause without leaving the app.
Client Specifications
A customer's own requirements, filed against that customer rather than the shop. Pick the client first - the section is empty until you do, because a specification with no owner is the thing this section exists to prevent.
Each document takes an optional spec type, which is what makes a list of twelve customer documents readable a year later.
Material Data Sheets
Vendor and product data sheets: what a material is, what it is rated for, and what the supplier says about handling it. Held at the shop so the same sheet serves every job that uses the material.
Who can see what
Everything here is visible to anyone who can open the Shop screen. There is no per-document access here the way there is on a job's Files tab: these are the documents the whole shop works from, and a procedure only half the floor can read is a procedure half the floor will not follow.
